The harvesting

In the vineyards of the Jorche, the harvesting is a party, an ancestral rite full of fascination.
It comes about in a manual manner, with an attentive selection of grapevines that are then deposited in little drawers to keep their integrity and flavor. In the cellar, the grapes are immediately pressed and the fermentation, as with the maceration, are contained in steel containers. Every phase of the harvest and the winemaking is controlled and looked after in every step.
